You must be properly hydrated.

They will be drawing several vials and this can be challenging if you are dehydrated.

You must fast from food for 12 hours before the blood draw.

You must abstain from rigorous exercise for 24 hours before the blood draw.

The lab typically gets us the results within 48 hours. It can take our team a couple weeks to analyze the results and create your report.

The Exploratory Panel requires several vials of blood and therefore you must weigh over 90 pounds.

We offer full refunds within 90 days of purchase as long as you have not had your blood drawn. There are no refunds after lab work has been completed.

There is no specific time limit, but we encourage you to make an appointment and have your labs drawn within two weeks. We can not guarantee changes to pricing, locations, and availability after 90 days.

The Exploratory Panels are designed for adults and the ranges will be skewed for many under the age of 18. 

We have a specific contract with the lab that we will not bill insurance, this is how we were able to get thousands of dollars worth of testing for a fraction of the cost. While Exploratory Panels are not covered by insurance, they are HSA and FSA eligible.
